This application is sweet! Seeing all the pictures and now being able to remember which fish I like and dislike is such a huge help! I’m also really glad to learn about the mercury levels of the fish—I had no idea certain fish had such high levels!

I LOVE SUSHI—I have been waiting for an app that would teach me how to say these in Japanese. I love the graphics and found that if you turn it sideways, it starts a conveyor belt like display of sushi just like in Sushi restaurants in Japan!

had tried Sushi monger and the sushi guidebook, but nothing ever had enough fish. I love the pronunciations! The application is really beautiful, I love all the pictures.

This is a great app! Now I can learn about my favorite food, try something new and take notes while Im at it. Not to mention it has a beautiful interface.

Great graphics and having mercury and eco info about each fish is very useful on the go.

How often have you sat at the sushi bar wondering which peices go best together (or, more importantly, which to avoid!!!). Awesome app!

This is great so far...the only thing I see right off the bat is that I would like to be able to enter custom rolls that I like. Other that that its great. I cant wait to go have some sushi and try it out for real!

This is one of the most extensive Sushi Guides available for iPhone. Excellent over production. Lot of sweat and tears mustve gone into this production.

List of what are the best fishes per month/season, in other words, what fish is the best to eat in August or in Winter. Would also be great to have a section on sushi bar etiquette and slang terms, such as murasaki and how to address the chef, etc. Nice work!

Not enough information about ingredients - what type of sauce is on the dragon roll? And what other ingredients are in the California roll? Cute to look at though and could be helpful if there would be more information about some of the more "earth friendly" and sustainable fish for sushi..

Super useful when trying out new things or just trying to impress others with seemingly superior sushi knowledge. Love the mercury information as well.

Good, but developers should add more types of sushi rolls plus more information about the specific sushi.

Good app to see and learn about different typed of fish. Needs some notes about flavor or texture. The app only talks about the fish by explaining what it looks like and where it lives.

Ive always wondered what the real fish look like when I have my sushi and its very difficult to figure the "scientific name" of the Japanese name of a sushi. This app does just that and bridges the gap. Please, and I repeat, dont contaminate the database with a thousand sushi rolls and their ingredients. Your silly dragon roll sushi place has their own ingredients and sauce listed there and its American food, not real sushi. That stuff is beyond the scope of this app so please, dont ruin this app.

I like that this app has LOTS of different rolls and fish to choose from. However, when I try to enter my notes for a particular roll, the keyboard takes over and I can not see what I am typing nor can I choose "done" or "ok" so that it will save my notes. Also, I still like the idea of being able to take pictures from particular restaurants and what would make this app over the top would be the ability to add in those specialty rolls that are specific to a certain restaurant. I gave it 3 stars since the database is great, but those other things would be awesome and would definitely be worth 5 stars in my book!

This is an attractive, easy to navigate app with plenty of helpful information. Finding the sushi Im interested in is easy, with sushi listed by both English and Japanese names with pictures. The included pronunciation of Japanese names is also helpful. The "notes" and "favorite" sections are easy to use. I cant say enough good things about this app, its clean and beautiful and doesnt have a lot of unnecessary extra "fluff." While it may be too much to wish for an included listing of nearby sushi restaurants, with easy links to directions and/or reviews, I would like to see a way to list my own favorite sushi restaurants, and perhaps jot notes about what I enjoyed in a particular restaurant.

This is the Best Sushi App No Doubt. I would like to see a category of sushi I.E. Raw & non Raw. Also Would like what Huskies in paradise said! Keep up the great Work!!!

I press on the audio button and it doesnt work. Boo. This is the biggest reason I bought the app.
